Rambo's Fat Cat Biscuits was created by its owner & operator Todd Adams in 2018.
Todd's extensive culinary experience led to his dream of opening his own restaurant here in Columbia, SC. Utilizing Soda City as a small business incubator, Rambo's Fat Cat Biscuits got its start. The warm welcome of the community and continued support has kept this dream not only alive, but thriving!
In November, 2020 RFCB opened the doors to a brick & mortar location just up the road from where the Fat Cat story got it's start.

Rambo, the family pet with an appetite of a family of four!
The business was lovingly named after the fluffiest & silliest orange babe that ever graced the earth.
Rambo was rescued from underneath a parked car during a snowy winter in Detroit. He went on to live over 16 years and even got to see this business named and designed in his likeness - our logo really does look just like him.
