The weekly vendor market, Soda City, is where Rambo's Fat Cat Biscuits got its start in 2018 and expanded in 2021!
Locals and out-of-towners have dubbed us the prime location for breakfast & brunch at the market. Our perfectly portable biscuits are individually wrapped so you can browse the market and snack with ease!
NOMA - Main St. Our flagship store, is nestled in the North Main Trestle District of Columbia, SC.
ASSEMBLY - Richland Library Atrium. In 2023 RFCB opened an in-library dining experience at Columbia's award wining library!

I would describe this as a Spicy Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich on crack! It was HUGE! But so so delicious. The bacon was perfectly thick, cooked just right, well seasoned and pleasantly spicy! I added the scallion Aioli and would recommend that as well.

The Fried green tomato and pimento cheese biscuit was perfection. My 3 year old got the egg, cheese and bacon biscuit and it was almost as big as he is. I also had to try the cheesy Hash Brown and the Blue Corn Grits with Pimento cheese...both amazing!
